What is the standard processing time for orders?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
Do you offer a warranty on your sights?
Yes, we offer a 10-year warranty on our Tritium sights and a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. We stand behind the quality and durability of our American-made products.
What is your return policy for installed sights?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. However, sights that show signs of improper installation or heavy filing may be subject to a restocking fee. We recommend professional installation for the best results.
Do I need a gunsmith to install XS Sights?
While many of our sights are designed for DIY installation with basic tools, some models require a sight pusher or minor filing for a perfect fit. If you are not comfortable with the process, we recommend consulting a certified gunsmith.
How do I know which sight height to choose for my firearm?
We provide detailed fitment guides on each product page. If you are using a suppressor or a specific red dot optic, please refer to our 'Optic Height' charts to ensure a proper co-witness.
Do you ship internationally?
Due to ITAR regulations and international laws regarding firearm components, we currently only ship within the United States and to select U.S. territories.
